Econica offers high quality custom made clothing and lingerie. To ensure our services meet your expectations, please read the following policies carefully.
PAYMENT & ORDER PROCESSING:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and gift cards.
Once order is placed, we will make your item based on your size/measurements and color choice, unless a ready-to-wear item is purchased. Once we receive your order and payment, please allow up to 2 weeks to complete it, providing we have your measurements and/or other additional information if needed.
The shipping confirmation will be emailed to you when your order is dispatched.
It will take 1-2 weeks for your package to reach you but due to each country's customs procedures the time will vary.
REFUND & EXCHANGE:
Please note: we are a design studio, so unless otherwise stated all our clothing is custom-made to order therefore it cannot be refunded. Once an order is received, we custom make your garment(s) especially for you in your size and color preference. However, we do offer one complimentary alteration. Don't like the fit? The color is not what you expected? NO problem! Please contact us prior to return your item for alteration to receive an authorization number and to confirm the return address.
- returns for alterations must be made within 14 days from the delivery date
- all merchandise must be unwashed and unworn
- all garments are subject to inspection
- outgoing shipping charges are not refunded
note: the shipping flat rate will be deducted from your refund. All sale items, custom-made items and lingerie are final sale.
Note about natural wool/cashmere items. Wool and Silk are protein based fabrics, as opposed to cotton fabrics which are cellulose based. Protein based fibers are very soft and contain lanolin - a natural softener which keeps it smooth and silky. Lanolin has a very mild pleasant smell, which usually disappears after a couple of washes.

If you change your mind about an order you have placed with us, please contact our Customer Service as quickly as possible. Orders are normally processed immediately after you place the order, so we may have already packaged your order and made arrangements for it to be sent to you when you cancel it. If this is the case then we cannot always stop the order from being sent. Once you receive the order, you will have to return it to us. Please see our return policy for more information on how to return a garment.
We can only cancel an order for a custom-made/personalized item within 2 days of sale, after that all sales are final.
