Econica offers high quality custom-made & ready-to-ship clothing and lingerie. To ensure our services meet your expectations, please read the following policies carefully. 

PAYMENT & ORDER PROCESSING:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and gift cards. 

OUR CUSTOM-MADE COLLECTION:

Once an order is placed, we will custom-make your item based on your size/measurements and color choice.  Please allow up to 4-6 weeks to complete your order, providing we have your measurements and/or other additional  information if needed. Because of the custom-made nature of all our garments, we do not start working on them until a payment received in full. 

READY-TO-SHIP ITEMS:

Our fabulous ready-to-ship collection of lingerie, clothing & accessories usually ships within 2-4 business days of ordering; however, some orders may take longer to process. 

SHIPPING:

For more information regarding Canada Post strike please visit Canada Post website. Transit delays are expected across Canada and internationally.

The shipping confirmation will be emailed to you when your order is dispatched. It will take 1-4 weeks for your package to reach you but due to each country's customs procedures the time will vary. We cannot guarantee on-time delivery as we do not control postal services. Canada Post guarantees on-time delivery ONLY WHEN SHIPPED VIA EXPRESS (not Priority). Every other shipping method is merely an estimate and depends on customs, post office workload and holidays.

CUSTOM-MADE ITEMS:

Custom-made items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. Once an order is received, we will make your garment(s) especially for you in your size and color preference. We cannot guarantee your garment will fit perfectly due to the handmade nature therefore we recommend getting 1-2 items to get an idea of fit before placing a large order, especially if this is your first time ordering custom clothing. If you would like to have your item altered, please fill out Econica's Alteration/Return Request Form here.

  • the form must be submitted within 10 days of the delivery confirmation
  • all merchandise must be unwashed and unworn
  • all garments are subject to inspection
  • outgoing shipping charges are not refunded
  • panties are final sale and are not eligible for alterations for hygienic reason.

All sale items and custom lingerie are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Note about natural wool/cashmere items. Wool and Silk are protein based fabrics, as opposed to cotton fabrics which are cellulose based. Protein  based fibres are very soft and contain lanolin - a natural softener which keeps it smooth and silky. Lanolin has a very mild pleasant smell, which usually disappears after a couple of washes.

CANCELLATION:

If you change your mind about an order you have placed with us, please contact our Customer Service as quickly as possible. We offer a rush order upgrade (2 business days), please contact us for a fee. 

We can only cancel an order within 24 hours, after that all sales cannot be cancelled or amended.
